refunds & returns

Sixty days, no questions, full refund. We mean it.

the policy

You have sixty days from delivery to request a full refund — used product or unused, opened or sealed. We pay return shipping. We do not require photographs, justifications, or "share your reason" forms.

The reason we keep the policy this generous is that body care is intimate, and a five-day return window for a product you only really know after a week of use is dishonest. Tideline is calibrated for the long arc; we hold the policy to the same standard.

how to start a return

Email hello@tideline.co with the subject line "return" and your order number. We send a prepaid label within one business day. Drop the parcel at any USPS, UPS, or DHL counter depending on your country.

Refund lands on the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

exchanges

If you want to swap one product for another in the line — for example, a butter for a cream — email us; we ship the replacement the day we receive the return, and waive the second shipping fee.

subscriptions

Subscriptions are cancellable at any moment, with no penalty and no minimum number of cohorts. The sixty-day refund window applies to every subscription delivery, separately.

damaged or wrong items

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or wrong, email a photo to hello@tideline.co. We replace immediately, no return required, and we eat the loss with the carrier on our side.
