dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00 ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or US federal holidays.

rates

Free shipping on orders of $70 or more. Below that, a flat $6.95. Subscription refills ship free from the second delivery onward. There is no expedited option; everything goes the same way, USPS Ground Advantage, 3–5 business days.

where we ship

The United States only, for now. We would rather say that plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil — this page previously listed rates for Canada, the UK and the EU that the checkout was never able to honour. If you are outside the US and want to be told when that changes, write to contact@tideline.store.

packaging

Recyclable corrugated card outer. The product packaging inside is recyclable through ordinary kerbside streams.

lost or delayed

If the parcel does not arrive within the carrier window plus 5 business days, write to contact@tideline.store with your order number. We replace lost parcels at our cost.
